"Luv ko c Bantay"
Hats off to the Philippine Canine Club Inc. (PCCI) and their president Mr. Byron San Pedro, for the success of the "Dog Walk for a Cause" (Luv ko c Bantay) last May 8 (Sunday), TO PROTEST cruelty against animals, especially dogs. There are about 7,000 dogs join in a simultaneous parade in Iloilo City, Baguio, Batangas, Bohol, Bukidnon, Bulacan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, General Santos, La Union, Laguna, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tarlac and Cavite.
Titled "Luv ko c Bantay," the event was sanctioned by the Philippine Canine Club, Incorporated. It is in cooperation with the Department of Agriculture Bureau of Animal Industry, Philippine Animal Welfare Society, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Animal Kingdom Foundation, National Pitbull Terrier Club, Incorporated, Philippine Pitbull Club, American Bulldog Club, United Pitbull Club, Bukidnon Association of Registered Kennels, Iloilo Kennel Club and Kathy's Precious Kennel in Iloilo City.
It's good to have people not only loving their own dogs, but educating everyone to love "Man's best friend". Enought of the "asocenas", it's time for Filipino to respect and to love dogs even the typical "askal".

Happy Mother's Day
I have this pair of guinea pigs na alaga ko. Si Kavy ang lalaki (An Abyssinian) and si Ep-Ay (short-haired) yung babae. Unfortunately, Kavy died mga one month ago. I was planning to buy a new hubby for Ep-Ay para naman magka-anak sya. Laking gulat ko when this morning, we found 3 pups (2 short-haired at isang Abyssinian) . Nagannak sya!!!
I was suprise. Matagal pala ang pregnancy period ng mga guinea pigs!
It was a Mother's Day Gift at a legacy ni Kavy sa amin.
